They redeem it at checkout on any Moment product. No pressure to use it all at once. The balance carries over if their order costs less.

Does the gift card expire?
Yes, the gift card expires six months from the date of purchase.
Can it be used on subscriptions, or one-time purchases only?
It can be used on both.
What if the order costs more or less than the gift card value?
If their order costs more, they pay the difference by card. If it costs less, the balance remains on the gift card and can be used on the next purchase.
Can I get a refund on an unused gift card?
Products purchased with gift cards are still eligible for refunds. However, we do not exchange unused funds on a gift card for cash.
How quickly will it arrive?
The email will be sent within minutes after purchase.
